Ingredients

    *Canola Oil, .25 cup (remove)
    Romaine Lettuce (salad), 1.5 cup, shredded (remove)
    Chicken Thigh, 4 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook (remove)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup cherry tomatoes (remove)
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup (remove)
    Hard Boiled Egg, 4 large (remove)
    *Red Wine Vinegar, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)

Directions

Cook the chicken thighs with salt and pepper to taste for 30 minutes. Mix all the ingredients and enjoy.
