    One heaping scoop of protein power.
    One tablespoon flax seed meal.
    One tablespoon oatmeal powder.
    1 cup of milk (or Lactaid) may use fat-free, or 1%.

Mix one heaping scoop (39 g) of your favorite flavored protein power with one tablespoon of flax seed meal, one tablespoon oatmeal (powder) and 1 cup of milk.
