Ingredients

    2 T. olive oil
1 package Fusia Asian Inspirations Teriyaki Stir Fry (including pouch of teriyaki sauce) - from Aldi
1/2 head of medium cabbage, shredded/chopped
1 1/2 lbs. boneless pork loin chops, cubed
    3 T. Hoisin sauce

Directions

Heat the olive oil in a very large frying pan (I use a chicken fryer). Brown the cubed pork. Remove from pan and set aside. Add the shredded cabbage and saute for a few minutes until it just begins to soften. Add the package of frozen stir fry, gently incorporating the cabbage into the frozen veggies. Add the browned pork back in, mixing gently. Cover and cook on low for 5 minutes. Add the pouch of frozen teriyaki sauce and the hoisin sauce. Stir until the sauces meld with each other, about another 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
