Creamy Fruit Smoothie

Introduction

Yet another smoothie recipe. I like to use Tofu and yogurt to add creaminess. You could omit one and double the other. Add more liquid if you want a thinner smoothie. Yummy and satisfying. Ingredients

    1/2 large banana, cut into chunks (52g)
    1/2 cup silken tofu (91g/1 serving)
    1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
    Frozen whole strawberries (7= 109g) about 1/2 c
    Frozen Pineapple tidbits (90g) about 1/2 c
    1/2 cup nonfat vanilla soymilk
    1/3 cup premium orange juice with added calcium

Directions

Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

Serving Size: 2 servings, about 1.3 cups each.
