    Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, 2 Tbsp.
    Banana, fresh, 1 medium
    Yogurt, plain, low fat, 0.5 cup
    Ice 2/3 cups

Directions

Place all ingredients in blender, puree until smooth and thick. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
