splenda maybe sub for frosting and for sugar in cake. making this cake less calories..
this cake is so good you do not have to add vanilla.
the cake will fall if you open the oven to early or if a door shuts hard. wait for the cake to pull away from the sides.to tell if it is all the way done.

Ingredients

    take 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
    add one stick or 1/2 cup butter salted
    2 cups sifted three times white flour
    1 cup cold water

    4 egg whites
    2 tsp baking powder

    add 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa to 1/3 cup of batter mix well set a side
    pour all "2/3" white batter into greased and floured cake by 9 x 13
    add cocoa mix in swirls ton top of white batter use a knife and move around in white batter mix slightly..

    this cake can be 90 calories for one piece if plenda is used instead of regular sugar

    if splenda is used for the powdered sugar with the frosting it can be 131 calories

    the cocoa adds only one calorie per serving if used..


    frosting
    8 oz fat free cream cheese
    1/2 cup butter or one stick
    1 pound of powdered sugar


Directions

add sugar,butter, sifted three times flour mix well

4 eggs white sprinkled with 2 tsp baking powder
add to above mixture

bake 350 bout 30-45 minutes tell toothpick comes back clean
