Penne Sausage & Sun Dried tomatoes

Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    4 Cups (dry) Wheat Penne
    2.5 PC lean sausages (cooked)
    8 pieces of Sun Dried tomatoes
    6 pieces of Artichokes (marinated in oil)
    100 grams Light Feta cheese
    2 tbsp Olive Oil
    Fresh Cilantro

Directions

Cook pasta, rince.
In food processor reduce feta cheese, sun dried tomatoes, artichokes and cilantro (to taste... not as a puree...)
Add to pasta. Add Olive Oil and Sausage. Mix together and serve. Add Salt and Pepper to taste. Serve cold as a pasta salad or warm.
Serve 6.
