Ingredients

2 c. shredded cabbage
4 oz. cooked, ground lean turkey
1t. chili powder
1 t. cumin seed
1/4 c. shredded low fat cheddar
6 black olives, sliced
6 T. chopped, fresh cilantro
2 T. Salsa
1 lime wedge
Directions
Cook turkey in nonstick pan with chili powder and cumin. Toss together the rest of the ingredients. Squeeze lime wedge over all. Top the vegetables with the hot turkey.
