Savoury Pull Apart (Breadmaker)

Introduction

Dough made in Breadmaker. Dough made in Breadmaker.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    3 tsp yeast
    450g flour (I use a combo of wholemeal and white)
    1 tsp sugar
    2 T butter (I use unsalted)
    2 T milk powder
    1 tsp salt
    250ml warm water.

    This is MY breadmaker recipe - not sure if they are all the same :)

    Topping:
    1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs
    1 small onion
    3 rashers bacon, chopped
    45 ml sweet chiili sauce (or sauce of your choice)
    60 g edam cheese.

Directions

Make dough.

Divide into 10 even sized pieces. Shape as you would for bread rolls and then squeeze them into a lightly greased large loaf pan or round cake tin. Cover with plastic wrap and leave to double in size.

Mix topping ingredients. Once risen, sprinkle topping onto dough. Bake at 200C for approximately 25 mins.

YUM. Warning: Can sometimes be too yum.
