Ingredients

    *Flour, King Arthur 100% Whole Wheat, 1 cup (remove)
    *King Arthur Flour 100% Organic white Whole wheat flour, .75 cup (remove)
    EAS 100% Whey - Vanilla 1 Scoop, 4 serving (remove)
    *salt - sea salt - mediterranean - kirkland - 1/4 tsp - 1.2g, 2 serving (remove)
    *100% Libby pure pumpkin, 0.25 cup (remove)
    *Eggland's Best Large Egg, 1 serving (remove)
    Milk, 1%, 1.5 cup (remove)
    *Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 6 tsp (remove)
    Coconut Oil, .33 cup (remove)
    Cinnamon 1T

Directions
