Ingredients

3 Tbsp reduced fat cottage cheese
1 tsp roasted garlic
1 ready made flatbread, such as Flat Out
3 oz chicken, precooked and chopped
3 Tbsp grated reduced fat mozzarella cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 375
Stir together the ricotta and garlic, blending well. Spread ricotta on flatbread. Top with chicken and mozzarella. Season to taste with salt and pepper (optional). Bake for 6 minutes, or until bread starts to crisp.
