Salad - Colorful bean salad

Number of Servings: 6


    1/4 cup Black beans
    1/4 cup Red beans
    1/4 cup Navy beans
    1/4 cup Pinto beans
    1 small granny smith apple
    1 red bell pepper
    1 green bell pepper
    2-3 spring onions
    1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
    fresh coriander, chopped
    lemon pepper to taste (use it in place of salt, lemon etc.)


1. Pressure cook the already pre-soaked beans for 15 mts.
2. Once the beans come to room temp, add other ingredients and toss them well.
3. Enjoy the colorful and great tasting(filling) salad.
