Ingredients

    1 T olive oil
    3 T chopped onion
    1/4c potato, peeled & chopped
    3 c green caabbage, finely chopped
    1/4t salt
    1/2t nutmeg
    1 T flour
    2 c broth or water
    2 1/2c skim milk
    chopped parsley

Directions

1. heat oil in a skillet or dutch oven.
2. add onion & saute until tender but not browned
3. add potato, cabbage,salt,nutmeg & flour & mix.
4. add broth, cover & cook 20 min.
5. puree in blender or use a food mill.
