5-6 ice cubes
1/2 c skim milk
1 large orange (peeled)
1 mango (peeled and pitted)
1/2 c nonfat vanilla yogurt
1 packet vanilla carnation instant breakfast
2. Add oranges first and blend (so the pulp thins). Add mango. Blend.
3. Add yogurt and carnation instant breakfast. Blend.
4. Put in a reusable to-go cup and enjoy!
