Ingredients

1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 avocado, peeled and seeded and cubed
1 large bell pepper, chopped into 1/2 inch pieces
1 dry pint cherry tomatoes, quartered
1/3 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
juice of 1 lime
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp cayanne pepper
Directions
Mix all ingredients and refridgerate. Serve with tortillas, on wrap, or as a side dish.
