Ingredients

    *Pillsbury Refrigerated Pie Crust
    Egg, fresh, 4 large
    Milk, 3.25%, .25 cup
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup sliced
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Spinach, fresh, 2 cup
    salt, pepper, ground nutmeg to taste

Directions

sautee mushrooms and onions until soft
add spinach and cook until wilted
pour into pie plate lined with pie crust.
whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
pour into crust.
Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes until set.
