Introduction

Better than chicken alfredo pasta!! This dish combines roasted vegetables with chicken and cheese. Better than chicken alfredo pasta!! This dish combines roasted vegetables with chicken and cheese.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Grilled chicken strips, Squash, Zucchini, Half n Half, Fresh Paremsean Cheese, and Kraft Mozzerlla cheese.

Directions

Season and dry grill all veggies in the oven by putting the oven on broil or on an outside grill. Bake your chicken strips. Add all fo the ingrediants in a caserole dish. You can decrease the amount of half n half. You can also decrease the amount of cheese if you're looking for a dish with fewer calories. I tend to like the full monty since for me this dish takes the place of a yummy creamy pasta with chicken!

Serving Size: "8X8" 2 qt caserole dish makes about 4 servings
