Introduction

This salmon patties have a nice kick and are loaded with nutrients. They're also super fast and simple. You can cut the fat by using 2 egg whites instead of a whole egg. This salmon patties have a nice kick and are loaded with nutrients. They're also super fast and simple. You can cut the fat by using 2 egg whites instead of a whole egg.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 can salmon
    1 T lemon juice
    2 T spicy mustard
    3/4 c wheat bran
    2 T minced dried onion
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp crab boil seasoning

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Form into patties and fry in nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray or a little oil. Turn half way through. Patties are down when golden top and bottom.

Serving Size: makes 4 patties
