Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients

    1/2 cup Margarine, 70% vegetable oil spread
    1/2 cup Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    1/4 cup quick oats
    1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    1/3 Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chip Morsels

Directions

Cream marg, sugar and egg.
Mix in remaining ingredients.

Drop by teaspoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 for 8 minutes if you make them small or 12-14 if they are larger.
