Ingredients

    1 medium zucchini, julienned or matchbox cut
    1/3 red bell pepper, chopped
    1/3 orange bell pepper, chopped
    1/3 yellow bell pepper chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 tbsp olive oil

Directions

Heat olive oil in a pan on medium. Add vegetables as you chop. Heat vegetables until they are soft. Serve with your favorite main dish.
