Don's Breakfast Banana Bread

Ingredients

    5 medium ripe bananas
    1/2 cup Egg Beaters
    1/2 cup 100% Liquid Egg Whites
    I cup plums (canned w/ liquids or my preserves)
    3/4 cup Hersheys Special Dark Reserve Cocoa
    1 stick of margarine
    2tsp baking soda
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts
    4 cups whole wheat flour

Directions

Mix together dry ingredients and wet ingredients in separate bowls. Combine together. Pour into 2 sprayed bread pans. Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes. Makes 16 servings..
