Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients

    1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1/2 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
    2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cooked and shredded
    8 oz neufachatel cheese (1/3 less fat cream cheese)
    8 tsps hot sauce (or more to spice it up)
    Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Mix together all ingredients and place in oven safe dish. Bake for 20 minutes or until the chicken mixture is hot and bubbly. Stir before serving. Serve with the vegetables and crackers for dipping. Pretzel chips are really good with this.

You can also toss this in the crockpot on low and let it cook a couple hours stirring occasionally until nice and hot.

For the nutritional analysis I used 1/3 less fat cream cheese and full fat ranch dressing.
