This is a more savory smoothie than sweet, and provides a good balance of carbs, fats and proteins. You can reduce the milk to 1/2 cup and substitute some of the tofu water instead (just enough to reach the desired consistency). 2 c. fresh spinach
1 c. Triple Berry Blend, frozen
3 oz. soft tofu
1 tbsp. milled flaxseed
1 packet Stevia
2-3 cubes ice
