17 day diet Turkey Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

2 (8 oz) packages Mini Bella Mushrooms (or your choice)
1/2 cup chopped onions
Minced Garlic to taste
1 tablespoon Parmesan Cheese
1/2 cup Shredded Mozzerella Cheese, part skim
1 Tablespoon Olive oil (optional)
Balsamic Vinegar
Low sodium Soy Sauce
Directions
Remove stems from washed mushrooms and place in baking pan. Drizzle with Balsamic Vinegar, olive oil, and soy sauce. you can let this marinate for a few hours in the fridge but isn't necessary. Chop mushroom stems. Brown ground turkey onions, mushroom pieces and season with herbs. Spoon Ground turkey mixture on top of mushrooms and then sprinkle with Cheese. Bake, covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
