Chicken tomato

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    26.5 oz of Hunt tomato sauce
    28 oz can of diced tomatoes
    16 oz broccoli stir-fry frozen veggies
    3 8 oz chicken breasts

Directions

Cook chicken on stove in a pan until cooked, drain then add all other ingredients with chicken on stove and cook till ready. Can be put with spagetti or brown rice.

  • I started by sauteing onion & garlic in 1 tbsp of olive oil, then cooked chicken, then added other ingredients. I also left out the tomato sauce, and just added the diced tomatoes. Came out GREAT!!! - 11/23/07
