Jeanette's Polish Fruit Squares


Number of Servings: 35


    1/2 lb cream cheese
    1/2 lb butter
    2 1/2 C flour
    Apricot Jam
    Prune filling
    Powdered sugar


Cream cream cheese and butter. Add flour. Roll into log, wrap in palstic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Roll out on powdered sugar. Cut into 1 to 1 1/2 inch squares. Place jam in center of square and fold up two opposite ends to cover jam. Bake at 375 for 10 to 15 minutes. Sprinkle lightly with powdered sugar
