Ingredients

    1 lb beef sirloin-cubed
    32oz beef stock
    1lb baby portabella mushrooms( in thirds)
    1med. onion diced
    1lb. baby carrots
    3lg.russet potatoes diced
    1 cup frozen peas
    3 cloves garlic
    3 stalks celery diced
    24 oz. spring wayer
    1 tsp. oregano...or to taste
    1 tsp low sodium beef bullion,(better than beef) brand
    onion,garlic powders and pepper to taste

Directions

prep onion,garlic,celery,mushrooms,and beef, flash fry in woc type pan, put in crock pot with the broth and water(use kitchen boquet for a nice brown color,and extra flavor...cut the potatoes into about 16-18 pieces each..(leave skin on), add the raw baby carrots and seasonings.....optional 2 tbs. honey,cook and enjoy with crusty italian bread ...hearty...oh yea,don't forget to make a slurry of the starch to thicken in the last 20 minutes pf cooking, stir often after this...add the peas last too
