Introduction

I'm at a loss for something new so this is what I came up with, just sitting at the computer and not in the kitchen. Bwahahahaha!!! I'm at a loss for something new so this is what I came up with, just sitting at the computer and not in the kitchen. Bwahahahaha!!!
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients



    * Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook
    * Garlic, 9 tsp
    * Baby Pepppers (Red & Orange) 3 peppers per serving, 4 serving
    * White Rice, long grain, 3 cup
    * Water, tap, 6 cup (8 fl oz)
    * **teryaki sauce, la choy, 3 tbsp
    * Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 3 cup, shredded or chopped

Directions

Bake the chicken (takes about 40-45 minutes)
Boil up the rice (takes about 15 minutes or so...)
Wash, de-seed your baby peppers...

Cut your cooked chicken into smaller-ish pieces and pop 'em into the food processor. Add in the peppers, garlic, teriyaki sauce and lettuce - then blend together with a few buzzes.

Mix your soupy mixture in with the rice and serve.
