Strawberry-Pecan Spinach Salad

Submitted by: MLOVEJOY34

Introduction

Sooo Good! I paired it with maple-soy roasted salmon (another of my recipes) & toasted whole wheat sandwich thins (spread with 2 teaspoons smart balance light with flax). It was less than 500 for a complete nutritious meal. Sooo Good!
