Try This Recipe For Savoury Rice Using Uncle Benís Long Grain Rice Cook-in-Bag.

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 packet Uncle Benís Long Grain Rice Cook-in-Bag
    1 teaspoon, olive oil
    1 clove, garlic, minced
    Ĺ medium onion, chopped
    Ĺ red pepper, chopped
    Ĺ cup frozen garden peas
    Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Directions

Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet.
Heat the olive oil in a small frying pan add the garlic, onions and peppers and cook gently until soft but not coloured.
Add the rice and remaining vegetables mix gently cook the veg through, season to taste and serve
