30 minute stroganoff

Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1lb lean ground beef
    4 cups wide egg noodles (I'm not sure how many oz this is so nutrition calculation may be off)
    1 -16 oz package frozen Peas & Carrots
    3 Cups milk (skim used in calculation)
    3 tbsp flour
    1 tbsp ground dried garlic
    1 tbsp minced dried onion
    1 tsp oregano dried
    1 tsp basil dried
    1 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp pepper

Directions

Cook ground beef in skillet til brown throughout. Drain if needed. Cook pasta according to package directions, drain, set pasta aside. In same pan used for pasta, heat milk, flour, garlic, onion, baasil, oregano, salt, & pepper over medium to medium-high heat until mixture boils stirring frequently to prevent burning. Stir boiling mixture continuously until it has thickened. Turn the heat down and add the peas, carrots, ground meat, and pasta. Stir over low heat until heated throughout. If sauce thickens too much, add a little more milk.
