440g Ground beef, extra lean
2 x 400g Tins of diced tomatoes
230g Ricotta Cheese
1/2 C Parmesan Cheese, grated
180g Wholegrain Lasagna Sheets
1 Onions diced
Combine egg ricotta and parmesan cheeses in a bowl.
Grease an oven proof dish and put half of the meat and tomato mixture on the base, cover with wholegrain lasagna sheets and spread a thin layer of the ricotta mixture. Complete a second layer then sprinkle some parmesan cheese on the top.
Cover with aluminium foil and cook in 180 - 190 degree oven for 1 hour. Uncover for the last 15mins to brown top!
