    * *whole onion, raw (1 onion), 1 serving (remove)
    * *Bell Pepper, Green (Medium Raw), 1 serving (remove)
    * *Celery Raw ( 1 med stalk), 3 serving (remove)
    * *Baby Carrots (12 - 14 pieces raw), 1 serving (remove)
    * *Peas, edible-podded, raw (sugar snap or snow) (10 pods/serving), 5 serving (remove)
    * *Tofu, Soy Boy Smoked, 8 oz (remove)
    * *La Choy Sliced Water Chestnuts (1/2 Cup), 0.5 cup (remove)
    * *Bamboo Shoots (Sliced) 1/2 cup, 3.5 serving (remove)
    * *15 oz canned baby corn (drained), 15 oz (remove)
    * *Bean Sprouts, Raw Mung, 2.5 cup (remove)
    * *Teriyaki Sauce (Low Sodium - Kikkoman Brand) **Serving = 1 tablespoon**, 6 serving (remove)

Directions

Cut up all veg & tofu. Heat oil and saute everything, when ready add sauce. serve over rice and top with crunchy rice noodles.
