Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Butternut Squash, 4 cup, cubes
    Onions, raw, chopped, 1 small
    Beans, red kidney, 2 cup
    Beans, white, 2 cup
    *Broth, Chicken, Low Sodium Organic, Trader Joe's, 3 cups
    Water, tap, 5 cup (8 fl oz)
    Shiitake Mushrooms, 6 mushrooms, small pieces
    Carrots, cooked, 6 carrot, sliced
    *Potato, raw, 2 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) , cubes
    Celery, cooked, .5 cup, diced
    Bay Leaf, 1 tsp, crumbled
    *Jennie-O Lean Turkey Keilbasa, 14 oz

Directions

Throw everything into a pot together and cook over medium-low heat for 45 minutes. Serve! You really can't go wrong with this!
