1 stick butter softened 1cup packed muscovado brown sugar 2 lg eggs 1 tsp vanilla 1/4 c milk 3/4 tsp baking soda 2 c flour 3/4 c chopped pecans dash salt pecan halves
Preheat oven to 375 F. Cream butter and brown sugar then add vanilla and eggs beat well. Dissolve soda in milk add to misture. Add flour salt and nuts small amount at a time. Lightly grease cookie sheet. Drop dough by rounded spoonfuls with a 2 inch seperation. Top each with a pecan half and sprinkle lightly with granulated sugar. Bake 10 min until lightly brown.
