2 cartons chicken broth
3 cups chopped broccoli
1 pouch dry onion soup mix
1 cup milk
16 ounces Velveeta cheese, cubed
2. Turn down heat to low. Add milk and stir well.
3. Slowly add Velvetta cheese, a cup at a time, and stir constanly. Continue until all cheese is added. Add additional milk, if necessary, to prevent curdling.
