A super easy week-night meal. You can crank up the heat by using spicier varieties of rotel tomatoes. With 2 young kiddos we stick to the mild. A super easy week-night meal. You can crank up the heat by using spicier varieties of rotel tomatoes. With 2 young kiddos we stick to the mild.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    * 1 pound 93% Lean Ground Beef
    * 1 can Rotel Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies
    * 1 can Progresso Vegetable Classics Minestrone Soup
    * 15 oz can Ranch Style Brand Beans

    Optional: shredded cheddar cheese and/or sour cream (not figured into calorie count)

    Each serving is 1.5 cups.

Directions

Brown beef, add remaining ingredients and heat through.

Serving Size: 4-1.5 cup servings.
