Ingredients

    1 pouch strawberry jello no sugar added
    1 cup hot water
    1 cup light cottage cheese
    1 brick light cream cheese
    1 tub light cool whip
    2 9" pie crusts

Directions

In blender, put cottage cheese and cream cheese. Blend. Mix 1 cup hot water with jello packet. And to blender. Pour into a bowl and fold in the cool whip. Put into pie shells and cool.

Serving Size: makes 2 9" pies 8 pieces per
