Flavorful Egg and Mushroom Scramble

Introduction

A great tasting filling dish for its very low carbohydrate profile. A great tasting filling dish for its very low carbohydrate profile.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    Mushrooms (225 g)
    Scrambled Eggs (2 large)
    Avocado (30 g)
    Garlic (1/2 clove)
    Basil (To Taste)
    Hot sauce (1 tsp in total)

Directions

Cook Mushrooms with garlic and basil until reduced 1/3 in size. Crack 2 eggs into pan and cook the eggs into mushrooms. Add salt, pepper and your favorite hot sauce. At the end of cooking time add 1/2 tsp of olive oil and top with avocado. Splash with an additional dash of hot sauce and a bit of cilantro if you desire. Enjoy!
