Chinese Orange Chicken & Broccoli

Introduction

Take Out Fake Out! In the Crockpot of course. Take Out Fake Out! In the Crockpot of course.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 1/4 pounds chicken breasts (cut into bite size chunks)
    6 oz (half container) orange juice concentrate
    1 tbsp minced ginger
    1 tbsp brown sugar
    1 tbsp honey
    1 tsp balsamic vinegar
    1/2 tsp thai chili paste
    2 cups broccoli, chopped

Directions

Combine all liquid ingredients and toss with chicken pieces to coat in a medium crock pot. Cook on low for 6 hours.

Before serving, microwave the broccoli for 5 minutes and add to chicken mixture. Toss to coat and let cook for an additional 5-10 minutes.

Serve over rice (not included in calories)
