1 T. butter
1 T. flour
1/2 cup fat-free half and half
2 to 3 cups cooked cubed chicken
2 cups No Yolks wide egg noodles - cooked and drained
2 cup cubed low-fat cheddar cheese
1 tsp salt
2. Add the cubed chicken and cooked egg noodles. Fold in cheddar cheese and place in a baking dish.
3. Bake 1 hour at 350.
Note: You can cook your chicken in a slow cooker all day and use the broth for the chicken stock.
