White Chili

Introduction

This one has a great underlying cheesey flavor. This one has a great underlying cheesey flavor.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    48 oz jar of white beans & juice
    2 cans chicken broth (small cans)
    1 jar of white queso dip
    1 small jar of salsa
    8 oz of pepper jack cheese (melt before adding to the soup or you'll have floating cheese balls in the soup!!)
    2 cans of yellow corn drained (I use the kind with green and red peppers)
    3 boneless chicken breast (cook first with lots of fresh garlic, butter, Emerils "Bam" seasonings and chili pepper to taste-after cool cut up into very small pieces. (can substitute any perferred cooked chicken/seasonings)

Directions

Mix all together in either a soup pot or large crock pot and heat. Cooking time will vary depending on stove top or Crock pot.
