1 cup almond meal
1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut.
1/2 cup coconut oil (warmed)
2 cans coconut milk (13 oz cans)
1/3 cup STEVIVA BLEND (or 2/3 cup sugar or sweetener of choice)
3 medium bananas, sliced
1 1/2 tsp agar powder
In a saucepan place remaining ingredients. You will want to stir the agar in a small dish with some of the coconut milk first to dissolve it. Then pour into the saucepan.
Heat to boiling while stirring. Pour over the crust lined with sliced bananas.
Chill until set.
