Maple Peanut Butter Dip

Introduction

A great protein dip to eat with fruit, crackers or celery. A great protein dip to eat with fruit, crackers or celery.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups plain low-fat Greek yogurt
    1/2 cup creamy no-salt, no sugar peanut butter
    1/4 cup maple syrup
    (optional) cinnamon or nutmeg

Directions

Stir together all ingredients until well combined. Tastes better if sits in fridge a few hours to blend flavours (which is reflected in the 3 hour 'cooking time').

Serve with fruit, crackers, celery.

Serving Size: Gives 8 X 1/4 cup sevings
