Fig Sauce

Ingredients

    1/4 cup leeks, white and pale green parts only
    2 cloves garlic
    1 tablespoon cornstarch
    1 cup beef broth
    1/2 lb figs, chopped
    1 tablespoon rosemary

Directions

Cook leeks and garlic over medium heat until leeks soften 2 to 3 minutes. Add cornstarch, cook stirring constantly. Gradually whisk in broth; cook until sauce thickens, 2 to 3 minutes. Add figs, cook until warmed through, about 1 minute. Serve over pork loin.
