1 acorn squash, 4" diameter
1 oz sugar free brown sugar & cinnamon Splenda syrup
1 T light butter
1 t cinnamon
Once squash is cooked, remove all saran wrap and using a fork, peel off the outer skin (as long as the squash is cooked, the skin will come off easily). Using your fork mash the squash and incorporate the butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Garnish with a little extra cinnamon and brown sugar and serve immediately.
