Introduction

This is my husbands's favourite low calorie meal.Fast and easy. This is my husbands's favourite low calorie meal.Fast and easy.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1chopped onion
    3/4 chopped red pepper
    3 fresh zuchini
    3 table spoons of canola oil
    some parmesan cheese to add flavor

Directions

Stir fry the onions, peppers and zuchini previously chopped into small pieces.
Add cumin, salt, pepper and mild chili as needed
Add some parmesan cheese

Serving Size: makes 4 1 cup servings
