IntroductionSpicy chicken soup filled with veggies. Spicy chicken soup filled with veggies.
*Potato, raw, 2 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) (remove)
Baby Carrots, raw, 20 medium (remove)
Onions, raw, 1 small (remove)
Garlic, 2 cloves (remove)
Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook (remove)
Serrano Peppers, 2 pepper (remove)
Mushrooms, fresh, 10 medium (remove)
Tomato Paste, 1 can (6 oz) (remove)
*Goya Sazon con culantro y achiote (orange box), 8 serving (remove) (2 Packets)
Water, tap, 10 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
*Macaroni, enriched, 1 cup elbow shaped (remove)
Salt, to taste
add can of tomato paste and both packets of Sazon seasoning.
Put chicken in water
Cut up onions, peppers, garlic and toss in pan
Boil until chicken is done
Remove chicken and let cool enough to cut up then put back in water
Add mushrooms, and carrots
Turn heat down to medium
let cook until carrots are tender
Add potatoes,let cook until potatoes are tender
Add noodles, cook until tender
Add salt to taste
Taking your time to cook dish lets the flavors blend, cooking time is approximate.
