Introduction

Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    1 cup chopped walnuts
    3 cups rolled oats
    4 Tble hulled hemp seed
    1 Tble cinnamon
    1 Tble honey
    1/8 cup maple syrup
    1 Tble canola oil
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    3/4 cup dried fruit (used currents)

Directions

-mix all dry ingredients except fruit in a large bowl
-mix wet together with a few Tble of water; add to dry

spread on 2 baking sheets and bake at 250 degrees fro about 1 hour, turning about every 15 min. to brown evenly.

remove from oven, cool slightly and add fruit.

about 19-20 1/4 cup servings
