Tuna with Tofu Mayo Tuna with Tofu Mayo

Ingredients

    Tuna, Starkist Chunk White Albacore in Water, 2.5 serving
    Tofu Mayonaise, 1 serving
    Hard Boiled Egg, 1 large
    *Mt. Olive No Sugar Added Sweet Relish, 1 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
    Apples, fresh, 1 small

Directions

TOFU MAYO Recipe - Box of lite silk tofu, lemon juice, pepper, soy milk. Put it all into blender and blend until smooth.

Tuna recipe - Add all your ingredients. Chop up everything! Chop the apple really small. Add tofu mayo until it is a creamy as you would like it to be.

This is really good. You cannot tell the mayo is tofu and it is sooo good for you!
